HTML Help!

Can someone recommend the best books or classes for an idiot on the subject?  Having no ability to make small changes on my blog is becoming infuriating.

I was just in the same boat. I knew a little bit, but I wanted to know more (and from the beginning) on how to manage HTML. I got the For Dummies book on HTML, XTML, and CSS. So far so good :) (Though I’m sure there are more reputable books out there :)

As much as Marco, Paul, Todd, Alex, Graham and Marc taught me to Google it, there is literally no better way to learn than to actually build a site.
