Jalapeno Sauce Recipe
 1 lb fresh tomatoes  3-4 Jalapeño peppers  1/2 small onion, thinly sliced  1 cup chicken broth  1/2 cup white vinegar  1 tablespoon oil  2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro  salt to taste Method: First roast the jalapeños and tomatoes under a very hot broiler for around 5 minutes each side, the skin should blister and turn black. Mexican meat and mushroom soup (low carb)
